You have 10 days from the date you received the item to send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
When we receive it back to our warehouse we aim to process within 5-10 days from date of receipt.
*Please note we do not allow returns, exchanges or money back on subscription boxes, blind bags, limited edition boxes or clearance items. Those items will be considered final sale.

We are commited to removing plastic packaging from our supply chain and reducing our environmental impact as much as possible. Here are a few things we are doing:
